Welcome Members!

Dear Georgia K-12 Technology Leaders,

This year, Georgia Leaders of Educational Technology (GLET) made a decision to waive our current membership fee and allow all Georgia K-12 districts to join GLET. We also offer expanded membership opportunities through GLET that allows you to join CoSN and K12SIX. Your membership in GLET (Georgia’s CoSN chapter) opens doors to a wealth of opportunities, resources, support, and connections that will empower you to drive technological advancements in your schools and districts, and to meet the growing challenges facing us all.

GLET is a dynamic community of forward-thinking education technology leaders who are committed to leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning, spur innovation, respond to cyber threats, and collaborate across the state. By joining GLET, you become part of a network that fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Our mission is to support you in your efforts to support the ever-increasing demands on education technology.

As part of our mission to raise awareness and collaboration in the industry, we are excited to inform you about our upcoming cybersecurity event, CyberCon, on March 17, 2025, at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium! This event is designed to address the pressing challenges and opportunities in K-12 cybersecurity and network services. You'll have the chance to hear from industry experts, participate in hands-on workshops, and engage in meaningful discussions with your peers. It's an event you won't want to miss, as it promises to equip you with the knowledge and tools to safeguard your district's digital infrastructure. More information about the conference can be found at our CyberCon GA website. We are anticipating this being a sold-out event and are making this opportunity available for free to technology leaders from each school district. Our goal is to have all 181 school districts represented at CyberCon and we request that you RSVP so we can ensure food and swag are available to each participant. There is a RSVP link available on the CyberCon website.

Not only will the information and networking shared at this conference be invaluable, but GLET will announce special pricing for best-in-class products and services across the networking and information security landscape for its members. This pricing will be for products and services that many of you already use. Membership gives your organization access to the negotiating power of Georgia’s 1.7 million students and 150,000 employees, providing unparalleled opportunities to level-up and address your school district’s needs.

We also ask that you go to the GLET homepage and click on the link under "Become a GLET Member". This will allow us to send out information about upcoming events and to provide valuable resources to you. We look forward to seeing you all at CYBERCON 2025!
